Terms of Service

Welcome to SQUILL (“SQUILL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of squill.site and related applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts. You are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including those related to digital assets, derivatives, and content publishing.

2. The Service

SQUILL provides software tools that may include, without limitation:

• AI-assisted content generation and publishing helpers (e.g. Binance Square workflows);
• Market data displays, signal-related features, and analytics;
• Optional Binance USDT-M Futures automation (signals, Auto Exec, live positions) via API keys you provide.

Features may change, be limited by plan, or require admin approval. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on SQUILL is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Signals, scores, backtests, “results”, and AI outputs are informational and experimental. Digital asset and futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You alone decide whether to trade and you accept all outcomes.

4. Accounts and wallet access

Access may require connecting a Solana wallet and completing registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, devices, and any API keys you store in the Service (including Binance Futures or Binance Square credentials). SQUILL does not custody your exchange funds and does not store private keys.

We may suspend or disable accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or pose security or compliance risk.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate or link to third parties (wallets, Binance, RPC providers, AI providers, Telegram, etc.). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, order execution, content moderation, or losses arising from third-party platforms.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (if offered) are communicated directly by us (e.g. via Telegram). Payment methods may be manual or otherwise specified at the time of agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice for renewal periods.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts;
• Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law;
• Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party platform rules;
• Misrepresent SQUILL outputs as guaranteed profits or official advice.

8. Intellectual property

SQUILL branding, software, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you create, subject to licenses needed for us to operate the Service (e.g. generating and transmitting posts you request).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant accuracy of market data, signals, AI text, or execution outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUILL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless SQUILL and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
