Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SQUILL (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use squill.site and related services (the “Service”).
1. Who we are
SQUILL provides software for AI-assisted content workflows, market tools, and optional trading automation interfaces. Contact: contact@squill.site
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Wallet identifiers — public Solana addresses you connect, registration status, and labels you set;
- Account preferences — feature settings (e.g. Auto Exec options, signal config), plan/package metadata assigned by admins;
- API credentials you provide — such as Binance Futures keys, Binance Square keys, or Telegram bot tokens stored so the Service can act on your behalf. Treat these as sensitive; you can remove them in the product settings where available;
- Usage and logs — actions such as posts, signal/execution logs, strategy result syncs, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service;
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from network data via hosting providers;
- Communications — messages you send to us (e.g. email or Telegram support).
We do not ask for or store wallet private keys or seed phrases.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate access and enforce account/enablement rules;
- Run features you enable (content generation, signals, automation, analytics);
- Monitor abuse, security incidents, and operational reliability;
- Communicate about the Service and respond to support requests;
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. AI and content processing
When you use AI-assisted features, prompts and related inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate outputs. Do not submit data you are not allowed to process or that you need to keep strictly confidential unless you accept that risk.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, edge workers) that process data on our behalf;
- Third-party platforms you connect (e.g. Binance, Telegram) as needed to perform actions you request;
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies or local storage for session continuity (for example admin sessions) and basic site function. Analytics tools, if added, will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, fulfill the purposes above, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of account-related data subject to legitimate retention needs (e.g. security logs, legal holds).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; you use the Service at your own risk and should protect your devices and API keys.
9. International processing
Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.
10. Your choices
- Disconnect your wallet and stop using the Service;
- Remove or rotate third-party API keys in product settings where available;
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to applicable law.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
